Everyone on the team has their Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor Certification and must have it up to date. (recertified every year) We have worked with over 100 small businesses including two of my own and alongside multiple CPAs to really learn bookkeeping and the Quickbooks Online software. We have chosen to only work in Quickbooks Online to ensure we are the best for our client needs. While we know other softwares, we have found that Quickbooks Online is the best fit for us and our clients.
Base services include categorization & reconciliation of all accounts associated with the business, any entries of assets, loans, and personal transactions. Additionally, we pull a monthly report of your balance sheet and profit and loss. We also offer add on services such as payroll through gusto, accounts payable (bill pay) and accounts receivable & debtor management (invoicing your customers for you); cash flow and KPIs are also add on services. We do not prepare taxes or provide any tax advisory services, this we refer out to one of our many trusted CPAs.
